Terms of cooperation

Information on the terms of choosing a contractor to sign a supply agreement with.

1. A contractor must be registered in accordance with the law.
2. A contractor presents copies of the following documents certified by the notary:

-          License to purchase, store and deliver alcohol products/to retail sale of alcohol products;

-          Notification on the registration of detached subdivisions whose addresses are stated in the license;

-          Charter (all pages);

-          Certificate of a state registration as a juridical entity (OGRN);

-          Certificate of a registration as a tax payer (INN);

-          Document that confirms the authority of the executing agency;

-          A letter of attorney or other document that confirms, in accordance with the legislation, the authority of the person who signs documents;

-          Client’s file that contains the following information: the full name of the company, juridical address, de facto address and telephone number, INN, bank details, surname and first name of CEO and chief accountant (the file is certified by the stamp and signature of CEO/Director and chief accountant).

The Company has a right to request other documents that confirm a contractor’s juridical status or its bona fides as a tax-payer and proof of solvency.

1. Absence of failures to implement or facts of poorly implemented by the contractor of the undertaken obligations to the Company,  absence of information on a cancellation or a suspension of a license to purchase, store and deliver alcohol products/to retail sale of alcohol products; absence of petitions to sue or statements of claim filed against the contractor regarding agreements of food products supply for failures to pay for the delivered products; absence of information on claims asserted by antimonopoly, tax and other authorities that the Contractor did not appeal against or was rejected a satisfaction of the claim.
